PLAY 1:
Know Your Game



Self-Awareness — You can't influence others until you understand yourself.

Leaders identify their natural communication style, uncover what drives their decisions, and confront their own blind spots.


PLAY 2:
Building Trust 



Earning trust through clear and direct feedback.


Participants will discover the trust/clarity equation. Clarity is what turns trust into action. It needs to occur in two critical areas: communicating expectations and providing feedback.

PLAY 3: Empowering/  Delegating



PLAY 4:
Influence Under Pressure


Resilience — Leading when the stakes are high.

Leaders learn to stay influential in conflict or crisis, and how to move people without relying on authority they don't have.


What you'll experience

  • The Pre-Game:  Each participant will take the DISC + Motivators assessment to build deep self-awareness of their personal influence style.  They will receive a 1-on-1 debrief with Julie to debrief the assessment results before the course begins.

  • Pre-Class Work (30 minutes, self-paced) — Participants will complete a short on-line module on their own time before each live class.

  • Live Class (1 hour weekly, virtual) — Leaders show up to discuss and apply each lesson. Real scenarios, real pushback, real coaching.

Known for her direct and challenging coaching style, Julie became a leadership development consultant after spending 20 years in various senior leadership roles in the financial and technology areas.

She is energized by helping her clients develop self-awareness to drive positive change. She is passionate about servant leadership principles, and you will find them at the core of her work.
